基礎(chǔ)聚合物MO-PDMS的粘度對(duì)高強(qiáng)度低密度MS密封膠性能的影響。MO-PDMS分子中烷氧基含量的多少主要取決于其摩爾質(zhì)量的大小。摩爾質(zhì)量越大,MO-PDMS粘度越大,烷氧基的活性和含量越低,其反應(yīng)的空間位阻越小。從表可以看出,隨著MO-PDMS粘度的增加,MS密封膠的拉伸強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率呈現(xiàn)增大的趨勢(shì),硬度變小。這主要是因?yàn)?一方面,隨著MO-的粘度的增大,烷氧基的活性降低,使得MO-PDMS和硅樹(shù)脂的烷氧基活性差異縮小,利于MO-PDMS和硅樹(shù)脂反應(yīng),而展現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能;另一方面,MO-PDMS的粘度的增大,烷氧基的含量降低,非反應(yīng)性鏈節(jié)較長(zhǎng),使得端基烷氧基有足夠的空間與硅樹(shù)脂反應(yīng),空間位阻大大的減小。考慮到MO-PDMS粘度增加到一定程度后,對(duì)于力學(xué)性能的影響不大,反而大大的增加了體系的粘度,降低施工效率,本實(shí)驗(yàn)選擇烷氧基硅樹(shù)脂用量對(duì)高強(qiáng)度低密度MS密封膠性能的影響沒(méi)有添加補(bǔ)強(qiáng)填料的硅酮MS密封膠力學(xué)性能差(約0. 2 MPa),沒(méi)有實(shí)用價(jià)值。傳統(tǒng)補(bǔ)強(qiáng)填料能夠顯著提高硅酮MS密封膠的力學(xué)性能,但往往對(duì)于密度影響也比較大。本實(shí)驗(yàn)考察自制烷氧基硅樹(shù)脂對(duì)于MS密封膠性能的影響,如表2所示可以看出,隨著硅樹(shù)脂用量的增加,MS密封膠的密度變化非常小,表干時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率逐步降低,硬度增高,拉伸強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低的趨勢(shì)。首先,硅樹(shù)脂與MO-PDMS的原料同宗同源,差異主要在于空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)不同,密差異不大,因此,添加硅樹(shù)脂對(duì)于體系的密度影響非常小其次,隨著硅樹(shù)脂的用量增加,可反應(yīng)的基團(tuán)含量增加,需要參與反應(yīng)的濕氣(空氣中的水分)也增加,體系的交聯(lián)密度增加,因此,表干時(shí)間變慢,斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率降低,硬度增高;再次,隨著硅樹(shù)脂用量增加,體系的剛性結(jié)構(gòu)比例增加,拉伸強(qiáng)度逐步增加,當(dāng)硅樹(shù)脂的用量大于40份時(shí),拉伸強(qiáng)度反而降低,這主要是因?yàn)榭煞磻?yīng)基團(tuán)之間的空間位阻大大增加的原因。因此,本實(shí)驗(yàn)選擇硅樹(shù)脂的用量為40份。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
