為深人探究催化劑對MS密封膠性能的具體影響,在之前配方的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)地調(diào)整催化劑的加人量,并探究其對MS密封膠各項性能指標的影響,實驗結(jié)果如表所示。
由表可知,隨著催化劑加人量的逐步增加,一12℃條件下的固化厚度呈現(xiàn)出提升趨勢。催化劑的加人在一定程度上促進固化反應(yīng)的進行,由于其加人量并未達到增塑劑的水平,并未對MS密封膠的稠度產(chǎn)生顯著的增塑效應(yīng)。在這3個配方中,稠度的變化相對較小,未出現(xiàn)明顯的規(guī)律性波動。對這3個配方在80℃條件下進行為期7d的熱儲處理,觀察熱儲前后稠度的變化。實驗結(jié)果顯示,催化劑加人量為0. 03 g的配方,在熱儲后稠度出現(xiàn)下這可能是由于催化劑的過量加人導(dǎo)致。催化劑在MS密封膠體系中主要起加速交聯(lián)反應(yīng)的作用,當加人量過多時,會過度促進交聯(lián)反應(yīng)的進行,導(dǎo)致107膠體系內(nèi)部發(fā)生交聯(lián)反應(yīng)。這種過度的交聯(lián)反應(yīng)增加體系的交聯(lián)密度,以及產(chǎn)生更多的內(nèi)部交聯(lián)點,使得分子鏈之間的相互作用力增強,分子鏈的運動和擴散受到限制,導(dǎo)致MS密封膠稠度的降低。催化劑的加人量對MS密封膠的性能有影響,說明需要嚴格控制催化劑的加人量,以避免其對MS密封膠的稠度產(chǎn)生不利影響。
硅油加入量對MS密封膠性能的影響
硅油作為MS密封膠中不可或缺的增塑劑,其對硅酮膠的固化性能具有影響。表3展示了硅油加人量MS密封膠性能的影響。
由表可知,隨著硅油添加量的減少,MS密封膠在一12℃下的固化厚度呈現(xiàn)出逐步提升的趨勢。當硅油添加量減少時,固化厚度從1. 8 mm增加至2. 1 mm,因為硅油在MS密封膠中的分散特性及其對空氣中水分的隔絕作用。硅油添加量的減少使107膠在MS密封膠中的占比相應(yīng)上升,提高酸性MS密封膠在低溫下的固化厚度。此外,硅油的加人量還對MS密封膠的稠度產(chǎn)生影響。隨著硅油添加量的減少,酸性MS密封膠的稠度逐漸降低,從7. 8 cm降至6. 5 cm。因為硅油的加人能夠減少107分子鏈的運動阻力,使得MS密封膠的流動性增強。當硅油添加量減少到29時,稠度值會降至6. 5 cm,導(dǎo)致難以擠出。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
