為探究丁基防水嵌縫膠在長時間高溫儲存條件下的性能變化,進行80℃條件下的熱儲實驗。實驗結果顯示,經過3d的熱儲后,丁基防水嵌縫膠的稠度從7.7cm降至6.3cm,這一變化對施工性能產生嚴重影響。進一步地,經過7d的熱儲后,酸性丁基防水嵌縫膠中的107發生部分交聯,與氣相二氧化硅的作用力增強。這種變化導致加人59硅油配方和29硅油配方的丁基防水嵌縫膠擠出困難。硅油的添加量對丁基防水嵌縫膠的固化性能和稠度有影響,在未來的研究中,需進一步探索硅油的最佳添加量范圍,以優化丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能,滿足實際應用需求。107膠鉆度對丁基防水嵌縫膠性能的影響在丁基防水嵌縫膠體系中,硅油作為重要的增塑劑,對丁基防水嵌縫膠的施工性能具有影響。減少硅油含量后,丁基防水嵌縫膠的稠度和施工性能往往會受到影響出現稠度過低、難以擠出等問題。為在不增加硅油的情況下改善丁基防水嵌縫膠的施工性能,通過調整107膠的赫度來優化丁基防水嵌縫膠的稠度和固化性能。表4展示了107膠赫度對丁基防水嵌縫膠性能的影響。由表可知,當使用低赫度的107膠時,丁基防水嵌縫膠在一12℃固化厚度從2.1mm下降1.8mm。這是因為相比于高赫度的107膠,低赫度的107膠具有更多的交聯反應位點,這些位點需要更多的水分來參與反應,從而減緩了固化厚度。當107膠的赫度下降,稠度從6.5cm提升至8.1cm,這是因為低赫度的107膠分子鏈較短,鏈段之間的纏繞效應相對較小,使得丁基防水嵌縫膠整體呈現出更高的稠度和更好的流動性。對調整后的丁基防水嵌縫膠進行了80℃條件下的熱儲實驗,經過7d的熱儲后,丁基防水嵌縫膠的稠度略有下降;但仍然保持在7.7cm。這表明調整后的丁基防水嵌縫膠在長時間高溫儲存條件下仍能保持良好的施工性能。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
