采用納米碳酸鈣的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠觸變狀態(tài)
在淺色聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠中可采用的觸變助劑較少,常用乳聚PVC加熱塑化產(chǎn)生觸變性,白炭黑只能作為輔助觸變填料使用。由于親水主體樹脂的結(jié)構(gòu)差異,乳聚PVC對遇水膨脹聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠未能產(chǎn)生較好的觸變效果。經(jīng)試驗,活性納米碳酸鈣由于粒子的超細化和表面的有機質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),通過表面氫鍵等與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠體系內(nèi)有機、無機物質(zhì)可形成良好的粘附力和較好的觸變效果,如圖。
由圖的結(jié)果可見,適當(dāng)表面處理的活性納米碳酸鈣在遇水膨脹聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠中可以產(chǎn)生較好的角蟲變效果。
不同納米碳酸鈣在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠中分散狀態(tài)比較
以相同的親水性聚氨醋預(yù)聚物采用無表面處理的納米碳酸鈣為填料制備遇水膨脹聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。采用活性納米碳酸鈣為填料制備遇水膨脹聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠b,通過掃描/透射電鏡(SEM/TEM)分析其分散狀態(tài),SEM結(jié)果見圖STEM見圖。
從圖和圖可以看出,無表面處理的納米CaC03粒子在遇水膨脹聚氨醋基體中分散性不好。采用表面有機處理的活性納米CaC03制備的遇水膨脹聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,活性納米CaC03粒子在聚氨酷基體膠中分散較均勻,未聚集成簇。
納米碳酸鈣對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠強度和膨脹率的影響
由于納米粒子的超細化,特別是經(jīng)表面有機處理的納米碳酸鈣對具有親水性的聚醚型聚氨醋的力學(xué)性能及硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠固化物吸水后的體積膨脹率會產(chǎn)生較大的影響。本研究固定親水性預(yù)聚物、納米碳酸鈣加量,采用兩種經(jīng)表面處理的活性納米碳酸鈣與采用無表面處理的納米碳酸鈣各制備4批遇水膨脹硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,對比測試所制遇水膨脹聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠固化物的力學(xué)性能和遇水后體積膨脹率,結(jié)果如表所示。
由表數(shù)據(jù)可看出,活性納米碳酸鈣改性后的遇水膨脹聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠固化物樣品的硬度、剪切強度、拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率和浸水后的體積膨脹率都有不同程度的提高,特別是拉伸強度的提升更明顯,說明納米碳酸鈣對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠有補強作用,且兩種活性納米碳酸鈣CaC03-1和CaC03-2相比,粒徑小的CaCO:一1補強效果更好。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
