為考察納米碳酸鈣對MS密封膠固化物熱性能影響,本組研究采用同一批親水性預聚物,固定親水性預聚物加量和填料加量,分別采用重質碳酸鈣、乳聚PVC、無處理納米碳酸鈣、活性納米碳酸鈣CaC03-2為填料制備PUS ,PUS-PVC ,PUS-。和PUS-1共4種遇水膨脹聚氨醋MS密封膠固化物樣品。通過在氮氣氛下的熱失重考察其熱失重性能,結果見圖。
由圖可見,4種MS密封膠固化物在。一800℃范圍內都經歷兩個階段熱失重過程,且第一階段熱失重都發生在200-400℃溫度范圍內。比較4條熱分析曲線可看出,在第一階段熱失重溫度范圍內,未添加納米CaC03的MS密封膠固化物樣品PUS和PUS-PVC的失重速率明顯大于添加納米CaC03的PUS-OPUS-1,而添加未處理和處理的納米CaC03的PUS-OPUS-1MS密封膠熱失重速率基本一致。添加納米CaC03的MS密封膠PUS-0和PUS-1第二階段熱失重是從620℃開始,至725℃結束。未添加納米CaCO:的樣品PUS和PUS-PVC,第二階段熱失重開始于480℃,至610℃結束。以上說明,添加納米CaC03的遇水膨脹聚氨醋MS密封膠固化物熱分解溫度有提高,表明MS密封膠固化物的熱穩定性提升。
結論
(1)經表面活化處理的粒徑適合的活性納米碳酸鈣對遇水膨脹聚氨醋體系能產生較好的觸變效果和良好的分散性。
(2)活性納米碳酸鈣在遇水膨脹聚氨醋體系具有較好的補強和體積膨脹率提升效果,MS密封膠固化物的拉伸強度、剪切強度、斷裂伸長率、體積膨脹率均有提升。
(3)添加納米CaC03可提高MS密封膠固化物的熱穩定性,熱分解溫度有提升。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
