目前,國內針對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠模量的研究尚不多見。對低模量硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的制備進行了研究,探究了高模量硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的制備方法。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的彈性模量與其化學結構、分子量、交聯度、填料等因素有關。其中,化學結構是影響模量最重要的因素之一。通常來說,分子中含有較多交聯點時模量較高,分子中含有大量支鏈時模量較低。
本實驗以4種不同模量的MS樹脂為基礎聚合物,添加增塑劑、補強填料、抗氧劑、除水劑、硅烷偶聯劑、催化劑等制得單組分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,研究了基礎聚合物種類對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響,以期為優化高性能硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的配方設計和生產工藝提供技術參考。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的制備
將55份MS樹脂、50份增塑劑、200份納米碳酸鈣、55份重質碳酸鈣、15份欽白粉、1份抗氧劑、1份光穩定劑和1份紫外光吸收劑加人雙行星動力混合機中攪拌10min,清理附著在槳上的料粉,抽真空至一0.085MP。以上,攪拌并升溫至110-130℃,保持4h真空高溫脫水,然后通人循環冷卻水降溫至50℃以下,加人40份MS樹脂1,真空攪拌20min,再依次加人7份除水劑、3份偶聯劑和1份催化劑,在一0.09MPa條件下混合攪拌30min后將物料分裝人管中,即得硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。
性能測試及表征
外觀:按GB/T14683-2017進行蝴蝶試驗,目測硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠表面是否光滑及有無顆粒麻點;表干時間:按GB/T13447.5-2003中手指觸摸法測定;稠度:按GB/T1749-1979測定,數值越大表明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的茹附性越弱、觸變性越差;邵氏A硬度:按GB/T531.1-2008測定;拉伸強度和拉斷伸長率:按GB/T528-2009測定,拉伸速率500mm/min;拉伸粘接性:按GB/T14683-2017測定;剪切強度:按GB/T7124-2008測定;24h固化深度:采用固化速度板測試。
MS樹脂作為硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的基礎聚合物,對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的性能有顯著影響。在采用單一或復配MS樹脂作為基礎聚合物的條件下,研究了基礎聚合物對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠表干及固化性能的影響。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
