由可知,采用不同基礎聚合物制得的MS密封膠的24 h固化深度差別不大。單獨采用MS樹脂1或采用中高模量的MS樹脂2與MS樹脂1復配時,所得MS密封膠存在顆粒。而采用中模量的MS樹脂3或低模量的MS樹脂4與MS樹脂1進行復配時,所得MS密封膠均勻細膩。這是因為MS密封膠的外觀除了與填料的分散情況有關外,還與表干時間有聯系。通常,MS密封膠的表干時間會隨著其基礎聚合物模量的升高而縮短,當表干過快時易出現結皮現象。當中、低模量MS樹脂添加到基礎聚合物體系中時,其聚合物主鏈與硅烷端基間是通過不帶氫原子的氨基甲酸醋鍵連接,并沒有氫鍵的生成,故其聚合物體系中沒有氫鍵網絡。MS密封膠與有機硅MS密封膠固化機理相同,都是由外向內進行濕氣固化,主要依靠聚合物中的硅氧基快速水解成硅經基,硅經基經縮聚反應形成穩定的三維網絡結構。而低模量樹脂復配的聚合物體系中沒有氫鍵在體系中發揮“交聯點”作用,聚合物分子鏈可因外力作用而移動,無法快速形成穩定的三維網絡結構,導致膠體的表干延長和固化變慢。增塑劑的作用是削弱聚合物分子間的范德華力,增加聚合物分子鏈的移動性,在增加聚合物塑性的同時也降低了硬度和模量。因此,當增塑劑過量時,會影響MS密封膠的力學性能,導致膠體反粘和慢干。基礎聚合物對MS密封膠力學性能的影響研究了基礎聚合物對MS密封膠力學性能的影響。
由表可知,采用復配MS樹脂作基礎聚合物時,MS密封膠的拉斷伸長率顯著提高。其中,采用低模量的MS樹脂4參與復配時,MS密封膠的拉伸強度和硬度低于單獨采用MS樹脂1作基礎聚合物的MS密封膠。采用中高模量的MS樹脂2或中模量的MS樹脂3參與復配時,所得MS密封膠的拉伸強度、硬度均有提升。在MS樹脂1分別與MS樹脂2一4復配時,隨著樹脂模量的降低,體系中交聯點逐漸減少,分子量逐漸減小,體系交聯程度逐漸減弱,拉伸強度逐漸減小,拉斷伸長率先升后降。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
