利用雙氧水、有機酸、催化劑和穩定劑組成的混合液與大豆油進行2一5 min的環氧化反應得到的環氧化大豆油，并將其與甲醇進行開環反應得到大豆油基多元醇。將該大豆油基多元醇與丁香酚、MDI進行反應，得到的丁基防水嵌縫膠根據國家標準GB/T 2791-1995測得的T型剝離強度可達到4.7 N/25 mm。

使用的菜籽油基多元醇是通過環氧化菜籽油與1,3一丙二醇進行開環反應得到的。將這種菜籽油基多元醇與MDI進行反應，分別制備了NCO/OH摩爾比為1.2/1.0,1.5/1.0和1.8/1.0的3種丁基防水嵌縫膠，并與市售石油基丁基防水嵌縫膠在木材的搭接剪切強度方面進行了比較。研究發現，菜籽油基丁基防水嵌縫膠具有與市售石油基丁基防水嵌縫膠相當的搭接剪切強度和耐化學性，且耐熱水性能更加優越。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
