       單組分丁基防水嵌縫膠主要通過濕氣固化以形成高強度的固態丁基防水嵌縫膠,即聚氨酚中含有的異氰酸基團(-NCO)在合適的溫度范圍內能與空氣中的水發生固化反應起到密封作用,其反應過程如下異氰酸酚與水反應,首先生成不穩定的氨基甲酸(R-NHCOOH),很快分解成二氧化碳及胺(R-NHz),反應式如下:R-N=C=O+HZOR-NH-COOHR-NHz+COz個(1)在過量的異氰酸酚存在下,反應式(1)所生成的胺與異氰酸酚繼續反應生成取代脈(RNHCONHR),最后形成具有網絡結構的彈性體,反應式如下:R-N=C=O+R-NHzRNHCONHR試樣的制備。

       (1)取兩塊大小為500mmx100mmx25mm的板,將板側面的蜂窩去除,再涂封邊膠,晾干。

       (2)取一塊1.5mm厚鋁板,表面清理干凈后,將丁基防水嵌縫膠的尖嘴切成一定形狀的大小,用玻璃膠槍將丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液涂在鋁板和兩塊板的縫隙處,將板粘接在鋁板卜,多余的丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液從兩板間的縫隙內擠出。

       (3)在相應條件下固化。間隔一定時間用刀切開,測量固化厚度。溫度對單組分丁基防水嵌縫膠固化速率的影響將濕度設置為60%,將使用單組分丁基防水嵌縫膠粘接密封的板放在不同溫度的恒溫恒濕箱中,間隔一段時間切下一塊,觀察在不同時間下截面處丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液的固化情況。為T=35℃條件下,固化lOh后的截面,觀察截面發現丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液已經基本完全固化。圖2為T=25℃條件下,不同固化時間的截面情況,觀察發現固化24h后,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液固化了4mm;固化48h后,觀察截面發現丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液已固化了13mm;72h后,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液已完全固化。

       為T=15℃的條件下,不同固化時間的截面情況,觀察發現固化24 h后,僅從縫隙擠出的丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液發生固化,兩個板縫隙之間的丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液還未開始固化;固化48 h后,縫隙處丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液固化了2 mm; 96 h后,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液固化了約3 mm;120 h后,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液固化了約4mm;后續的跟蹤試驗,發現低溫下丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液固化緩慢,14d后,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液還是未固化完全。

       為不同溫度下丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液的固化速度,由圖可知在其他條件保持不變的情況下,升高溫度,可以提高丁基防水嵌縫膠膠液的固化速度。這是因為在相對一定濕度的條件下,溫度升高提高了水分滲透和固化反應的反應速率;但溫度也不宜太高,因為如果固化太快,可能導致固化反應產生的二氧化碳來不及逸散,在膠層中形成較多的氣泡,影響粘接和密封效果。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
