在T=35 0C,H=60%的環境條件下,同時完成兩組板粘接試驗,一組板的間距縫隙為4 mm,一組板間隙為9 mm,間隔一段時間切下一塊,觀察在不同時間下截面處MS密封膠膠液的固化情況。圖5為9 mm縫隙寬度下,固化lOh后,板縫隙處MS密封膠膠液固化了3 mm;固化24 h后,MS密封膠膠液固化約8 mm;固化72 h后,MS密封膠膠液基本完全固化。
為不同縫隙寬度下MS密封膠膠液的固化速度,由圖可知在其他條件保持不變的情況下,縫隙寬度越窄,固化速度越快。膠粘劑固化是一個由表至里逐漸形成交聯結構的過程。固化初期在表層形成一層致密的膜,由于這層膜在很大程度卜阻止了水分向膠粘劑內層的滲透,使得后續固化過程主要由水分的滲透速率決定。因此在其他條件相同的情況下,縫隙越寬,固化速度越慢。
濕度對單組分MS密封膠固化速率的影響
在保證溫度T=35℃條件下,探究了在濕度為60% , 80%的固化環境下MS密封膠膠液的固化速率,結果發現濕度對固化速度沒有明顯影響。分析認為,由于溫度對固化反應速度具有較大的影響,當溫度較高時,固化速度較快,而濕度的影響變得不再明顯。
水分對單組分MS密封膠拉伸強度的影響
將使用單組分聚氨酚膠粘接并固化完成的板置于容器中并用水浸泡,分別在浸水0 h,2 h,4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h后測量其拉伸強度。
為MS密封膠膠液粘接拉伸強度隨浸水時長的變化曲線圖,由圖可知MS密封膠膠液拉伸強度隨浸水時長的增加而降低,分析認為,水分子的滲透也會降低膠粘劑與基材之間的粘接強度,從而導致拉伸強度下降,水分子可以在膠豁界面形成一個降低粘接強度的層,影響膠粘劑與基材之間的茹著力。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
