碳足跡核算中的功能單位通常基于產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量為統(tǒng)計(jì)單位，本研究將功能單位定義為制備It建筑MS密封膠產(chǎn)品。碳足跡的系統(tǒng)邊界通常包括“搖籃到大門”和“搖籃到墳?zāi)埂瑑煞N不同的范圍，前者涵蓋了原材料的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸以及制造過程，而“搖籃到墳?zāi)埂眲t進(jìn)一步包括了產(chǎn)品的分銷、使用及廢棄處理等后續(xù)階段的碳排放。鑒于MS密封膠產(chǎn)品下游用戶的復(fù)雜性，本研究未能獲取建筑MS密封膠在分銷、使用及廢棄階段的碳排放數(shù)據(jù)，故采用“搖籃到大門”方法界定系統(tǒng)邊界，聚焦于原材料生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸及制造階段的碳排放，涵蓋原材料、耗材、包裝材料生產(chǎn)、原材料運(yùn)輸及能源生產(chǎn)等環(huán)節(jié)，人力資源消耗則不計(jì)入系統(tǒng)邊界。

在典型建筑MS密封膠產(chǎn)品的制造過程中，碳排放源可分為直接排放和間接排放2個(gè)維度。依據(jù)LCA的理論框架，全面收集了三家龍頭企業(yè)典型建筑MS密封膠在原材料獲取、生產(chǎn)加工、運(yùn)輸?shù)汝P(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的碳排放活動(dòng)水平數(shù)據(jù)。通過將原材料獲取、能源消耗等關(guān)鍵過程數(shù)據(jù)與區(qū)域化的碳排放因子進(jìn)行計(jì)算，可得到其生命周期內(nèi)的碳排放量。在確定不同材料的碳排放因子時(shí)，本研究參考了《中國產(chǎn)品全生命周期溫室氣體排放系數(shù)集(2022))>S《建筑材料制造企業(yè)溫室氣體排放核算方法與報(bào)告指南(試行)》以及《企業(yè)溫室氣體排放核算方法與報(bào)告指南建筑行業(yè)》等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。此外，MS密封膠生產(chǎn)過程中的能源生產(chǎn)背景數(shù)據(jù)(包括電力、自來水等)運(yùn)輸背景數(shù)據(jù)源自開發(fā)的生命周期評價(jià)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫。根據(jù)所收集的數(shù)據(jù)，所有企業(yè)均選擇陸運(yùn)作為運(yùn)輸方式，其碳排放因子為0.12 kg/(tkm)。依據(jù)公式(1)和公式(4)計(jì)算得出3種產(chǎn)品在材料獲取階段的活動(dòng)水平數(shù)據(jù)。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
