根據GB 16776 -2005《建筑用結構硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠》標準規定,標準條件下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸茹結強度應不低于0.60 MPa。白云化工委托第三方檢測機構對服役25年的幕墻硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進行檢測,結果顯示標準條件下的拉伸強度平均值為1.12 MPa,仍遠高于國家標準要求的0.60 MPa。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的彈性和耐候性,可應對基材的細微形變及環境變化,其密封性能受環境影響的程度較低,線性擬合敏感系數僅為0.45,表明即便在環境多變的情況下,其也能有效保持密封效果。此外,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠和丁基硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的性能敏感系數取值分別為0.60和0.75。在一般的建筑伸縮縫、沉降縫等密封場景中,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠和丁基硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的使用年限通常為1020年,均取中間值巧年。依據國家標準《中空玻璃》(GB/T 11944-2021)規定,中空玻璃用丁基硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸粘結強度需,0.10MPa,參考拉伸茹結強度取0.10 MPa。檢測顯示,丁基硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在玻璃與玻璃之間的茹結拉伸強度高達0.27 MPao 3種典型建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的性能參數見表,根據式(5)可核算出不同性能硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的碳足跡。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
