在對(duì)典型建筑丁基防水嵌縫膠全生命周期中建材生產(chǎn)、建材運(yùn)輸、產(chǎn)品制造3個(gè)階段的碳排放進(jìn)行核算的研究中,發(fā)現(xiàn)3類丁基防水嵌縫膠碳足跡的差異主要源于建材生產(chǎn)階段。丁基防水嵌縫膠在原材料階段的碳排放強(qiáng)度為5.347 t占總排放量的75.39%,其中硅基化合物的合成過程顯示出較高的環(huán)境負(fù)荷;聚氨酯密封膠由于原料運(yùn)輸距離長(zhǎng),物流碳排放占比達(dá)到13.42%,即0.725 t,表明優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)墙档吞寂欧诺挠行緩街。此外,丁基防水嵌縫膠的碳足跡水平與其化學(xué)組成及工藝路徑緊密相關(guān),硅酮產(chǎn)品由于依賴高能耗的硅烷制備工藝,碳排放表現(xiàn)出性特征;而丁基防水嵌縫膠則因采用低溫聚合技術(shù)與本地化原料供應(yīng)體系,其生命周期碳排放量最低,為4.970 t。由可得,雖然每功能單位丁基防水嵌縫膠碳足跡(7.094 t)為3種丁基防水嵌縫膠中最高,但因在拉伸茹結(jié)強(qiáng)度和耐久性方面表現(xiàn)最佳,拉伸茹結(jié)強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.275 MPa,耐久性長(zhǎng)達(dá)25a,因此其單位年限碳足跡為三者中最低,數(shù)值為0.386 t。每功能單位的丁基防水嵌縫膠碳足跡高于丁基防水嵌縫膠,但兩者單位年限碳足跡相近,分別為0.487 t,0.489。丁基防水嵌縫膠雖因高耐久性和優(yōu)異力學(xué)性能使得其單位年限碳足跡顯著低于丁基防水嵌縫膠,但其每功能單位碳足跡仍最高,硅酮膠生產(chǎn)需在能耗密集型環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。硅氧烷合成通常依賴高溫(>150℃及高純度石英砂還原工藝,可通過微波輔助合成技術(shù)降低其反應(yīng)溫度30%-40%,或采用生物質(zhì)衍生硅源(如稻殼灰提取二氧化硅)替代傳統(tǒng)冶金級(jí)硅,減少硅冶煉環(huán)節(jié)碳排放。而聚氨酷膠的核心減排在于異氰酸酷CMDI的生產(chǎn),其光氣法工藝碳排放占比超60%可推廣非光氣法(如碳酸二甲酷路線)或開發(fā)生物基異氰酸酷(如木質(zhì)素衍生物)。丁基防水嵌縫膠則可通過連續(xù)本體聚合工藝替代傳統(tǒng)溶液法,減少溶劑回收能耗及揮發(fā)型有機(jī)物排放,同時(shí)引入動(dòng)態(tài)硫化技術(shù)提升橡膠一填料界面結(jié)合度。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
