丁基防水嵌縫膠剪切性能通過膠質(zhì)一玻璃接觸界面豁結(jié)滑移本構(gòu)模型描述,剪應力與相對滑移之間呈現(xiàn)梯形折線規(guī)律變化,如圖所示。其中為峰值剪應力;SS2均為峰值剪應力所對應的滑移量;S為極限滑移量。粘結(jié)滑移曲線上升段的斜率定義為剛度系數(shù),S曲線與水平軸所圍成的面積定義為豁結(jié)滑移斷裂所消耗的能量。
丁基防水嵌縫膠在變形初段伸長率較小時,不同溫度下的剪切模量差別較小,在伸長率達到50%后,低溫環(huán)境下的丁基防水嵌縫膠剪切模量較大,溫度從0℃溫升至60℃ ,剪切模量降低到原來的一半。相同溫度下隨著變形程度即伸長率的提高,丁基防水嵌縫膠剪切模量近似呈現(xiàn)直線增長;相同材料伸長率時,低溫環(huán)境下可達到更高的剪切模量。
本文選取的外墻塑鋼窗模型在實際建筑幕墻工程中應用廣泛,所施加的風荷載較完備地模擬了實際受力工況,采用內(nèi)置模型設置玻璃材料本構(gòu),計算開裂應力應變,子選項參數(shù)定義脆性剪切與失效,模擬數(shù)據(jù)準確,與彈性理論計算結(jié)果吻合。
丁基防水嵌縫膠材料在高溫環(huán)境呈現(xiàn)彈性模量降低與剛度軟化現(xiàn)象,隨著溫度的升高,極值荷載、拉伸屈服段終點荷載均在位移不大時比低溫提前到達。
丁基防水嵌縫膠材料的拉伸屈服段終點伸長率,隨著溫度升高而增大,在23℃環(huán)境下,其拉伸屈服段終點伸長率為97%,相比于0℃時增長15.47%,且其增速也逐漸提高,彎曲曲率同理。
丁基防水嵌縫膠材料伸長率均為90%時,溫度從0℃升至60 ℃ ,剪切模量降低到原來的一半。相同溫度下隨著變形程度即伸長率的提高,丁基防水嵌縫膠剪切模量近似呈直線增長;而材料伸長率相同時,低溫環(huán)境下可達到更高的剪切模量。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
