根據《裝配式混凝土結構檢測標準》T/CECS1189-2022，將試驗分為力值標定和正式剝離兩個階段。在力值標定階段，需在標定段進行模擬剝離試驗，首先在標定段上端沿垂直于拼縫方向切斷硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，制備模擬段。然后在切斷面同一側，沿硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與兩側混凝土的粘結界面切割，長度)75mm，深度)注膠深度。接著用夾具夾持模擬段硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠一端，以(50士10) mm/min的速率進行1800剝離。當硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠發生內聚破壞時停止試驗，記錄此時的作用力，記為F,。引入折減系數月，將力值F，與折減系數月的乘積結果定義為需人為割離時的拉力判斷值Fz。標定段位置要求若位于試驗區段上部，與試驗區段凈距為20mm一SOmm，若位于下部，凈距為SOmm-80mm。完成力值標定后，進行正式剝離試驗，當線盤收線作用力超過Fz時，沿硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與混凝土粘結界面切割硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，切割長度為8mm一l Omm ,直至完成整個剝離試驗區段(不小于150mm)的剝離檢測。這樣的方法和技術裝置確保了檢測過程的科學性與高效性。

為了驗證團隊研發設備及所提外墻拼縫質量檢測方法的可靠性，研究團隊根據實際工程要求設計制作了三個試件以進行裝配式外墻拼縫質量檢測。試件的外墻硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠施工流程包含六個步驟:①開始施工前應先清理接縫內雜物，如圖5(a)所示;②將背襯材料安裝進合適位置，如圖5(b)所示;硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料檢驗為了驗證硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料的性能，加工制作了如圖6所示的三個材性試件樣本，以對試驗采用的硅酮耐候硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進行性能檢測。當材性試件樣本養護完成后，在萬能試驗機上對材性試件樣本進行單調拉伸試驗，如圖7所示，材性試件樣本的檢測結果如表所示。根據材性試件樣本檢測結果，密度結果為實測值，其余所檢項目符合《硅酮和改性硅酮建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠》GB/T14683-2017標準規定的SR-I-Gw-3HM要求，材料性能合格。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
