影響丁基防水嵌縫膠性能的主要因素為烷氧基硅烷混合物的反應(yīng)溫度(反應(yīng)時(shí)間(B)和有機(jī)硅高沸物與正辛醇質(zhì)量比(C),對(duì)這3個(gè)因素進(jìn)行三因素三水平正交試驗(yàn)。正交試驗(yàn)因子及水平如表所示,正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果如表2所示(戈為某因子冰平的試驗(yàn)值之和,R為極差)。
從表可以看出,5#方案最優(yōu),烷氧基硅烷混合物的反應(yīng)溫度對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠的產(chǎn)率的影響最顯著,反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠的產(chǎn)率的影響最小。還可以看出:烷氧基硅烷混合物的最優(yōu)反應(yīng)溫度為120℃,若反應(yīng)溫度過低,造成烷氧基硅烷混合物反應(yīng)不完全,若反應(yīng)溫度過高,造成烷氧基硅烷混合物反應(yīng)過程中活性較高的成分逸出,導(dǎo)致丁基防水嵌縫膠的產(chǎn)率降低;烷氧基硅烷混合物的最優(yōu)反應(yīng)時(shí)間為150 min,若反應(yīng)時(shí)間過短,造成烷氧基硅烷混合物反應(yīng)不完全,若反應(yīng)時(shí)間過長(zhǎng),造成烷氧基硅烷混合物的反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物粘度提高,對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠的產(chǎn)率提高產(chǎn)生抑制作用。
還可以看出,在烷氧基硅烷混合物的反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時(shí)間相同的條件下,增塑劑制備時(shí)通過增大正辛醇用量可提升丁基防水嵌縫膠的產(chǎn)率,且能夠使烷氧基硅烷混合物的反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量下降,分子鏈縮短。因此,確定增塑劑制備時(shí)有機(jī)硅高沸物與正辛醇質(zhì)量比為1:30。
丁基防水嵌縫膠的微觀形貌
丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸斷面的SEM照片如圖所示。可以看出,烷氧基硅烷混合物質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為5%時(shí),其在丁基防水嵌縫膠基體內(nèi)分散均勻,可構(gòu)建立體網(wǎng)狀骨架結(jié)構(gòu),有利于丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能提高。
丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸粘結(jié)性能如表所示。在不同溫度下,隨著烷氧基硅烷混合物質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的增大,丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度減小,最小拉伸粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度為0. 61 MPa,但依然滿足我國建筑玻璃幕墻丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指標(biāo)(0. 6 MPa)。這主要是由于一二輕基聚二甲基硅氧烷分子鏈間的距離同烷氧基硅烷混合物質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)呈正比例相關(guān),因此當(dāng)烷氧基硅烷混合物質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)增大時(shí),一二輕基聚二甲基硅氧烷分子鏈的相互作用力降低。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
