在施工過程中,使用性能較好的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠能夠有效延長幕墻的使用年限,如果硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠未能達到規范標準,會導致幕墻開裂甚至剝落等安全事故[6一7es。為此,需要對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠應用性能進行具體檢測,以確保施工質量。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能指標影響分析
硅烷偶聯劑具備較強的水解能力和吸附能力,在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠制備過程中,將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠主體與填料混合之后,摻人適量的偶聯劑,可有助于提升硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的粘合力和耐久力[R1。以性能較好的硅烷偶聯劑KH一590和KH一792為例,分析2種偶聯劑對于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的影響,結果如表所示。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠表干和固化時間性能分析
由表可知,偶聯劑KH一590與KH一792對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的各項性能指標產生較大的影響。加人偶聯劑KH一590的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠所用的表干時間為3. 5 h,相比于未加人硅烷偶聯劑的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣縮短了1.5 h。而以KH一792為偶聯劑的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣表干時間為2h,相比于未加人硅烷偶聯劑的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣縮短了3h。與此同時,和未加人硅烷偶聯劑的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣相比,固化時間分別縮短了7,8.5 h。由此可以說明,硅烷偶聯劑KH - 590和I}H - 792可以使硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠有效縮短表干和固化所需時間。添加KH - 590與添加I}H - 792相比,表干時間和固化時間都有所延長,這是因為KH一590為單氨基型官能團偶聯劑,比KH一792少了一個氨基,因此表現能力略有降低。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
