粘接性能分析
硅烷偶聯劑KH一590和KH一792的添加能夠增強丁基防水嵌縫膠的粘接能力,2種偶聯劑的破壞形式全都是內聚破壞,其原因是丁基防水嵌縫膠粘接力的強度大于內聚力,故發生粘接物體或丁基防水嵌縫膠本身的內在損壞。由KH - 590作為偶聯劑所產生的粘接強度為1. OS MPa;由KH一792作為偶聯劑所產生的粘接強度為1.22 MPa,粘接性能更優。
力學性能分析
丁基防水嵌縫膠的力學性能由斷裂伸長率與拉伸強度數值來體現。由表可以看出,使用硅烷偶聯劑KH一792的丁基防水嵌縫膠力學性能指標最高,比未加人偶聯劑的丁基防水嵌縫膠試樣分別提高了16.54%和25. 69%由此說明,硅烷偶聯劑KH一792對于提高丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸強度和韌性效果更好。
硅烷偶聯劑KH一590與KH一792的摻人對丁基防水嵌縫膠硬度的影響如表1所示,均在40上下,可忽略不計。總體而言,添加IH - 792硅烷偶聯劑的丁基防水嵌縫膠各項應用性能指標均表現良好,優于其他2種對照試樣。
硅烷偶聯劑IH - 792含量確定
通過上述分析偶聯劑對丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能影響可知,KH一792對于丁基防水嵌縫膠各項性能指標改善效果好于KH - 590。同時,不同摻量的硅烷偶聯劑比例對丁基防水嵌縫膠的應用性能也會產生不同的影響,具體如圖一圖所示。
由于偶聯劑的添加對丁基防水嵌縫膠邵氏硬度影響不大,故此可以忽略不計。由圖可知,丁基防水嵌縫膠表干時間隨KH一792比例的增加而逐漸縮短。圖顯示其拉伸強度也隨比例增加而增長,除此之外的其他性能指標根據KH一792摻量不同呈復雜變化。當摻量為1.0%時,總體性能指標表現較好,結合經濟成本綜合考慮,選取KH一792摻量為1.0%時為最佳配制比例。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
