本研究分別采用4種聚醚多元醇合成預聚物,不添加抗老化助劑分別制備聚氨醋MS密封膠,對固化后MS密封膠試片進行耐老化性能研究,拉伸強度和伸長率的變化率。由可知,采用制備的MS密封膠綜合耐老化性能最好,6種條件老化后拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率的變化率均滿足HG/T 4363-2012規定的要求(變化率士30% ),其次為EP-330N制備的MS密封膠耐老化性也較好。
從圖看,紫外光老化、熱老化和戶外自然老化對MS密封膠拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率影響較大,水老化和濕熱老化影響相對較小,其中戶外自然老化是光、熱、水老化的綜合作用。由此分析,紫外光和熱對聚氨醋MS密封膠破壞性較強,水浸泡對MS密封膠的破壞性相對較小。
MS密封膠試片的表面老化情況見圖,其中圖為光照最強、雨水最多的7、8月份戶外自然老化后30 d表面老化考察情況,圖3是在耐紫外光、耐熱、耐濕熱、耐水老化試片表面老化況。
由可見,戶外自然條件下老化30 d后,試片表面老化后掉黑粉、流黑水現象已很嚴重。從圖3看出,紫外光老化、熱老化、濕熱老化和水老化后,試片表面掉黑粉情況較輕,幾乎看不出差異。下部是用浸水的脫脂棉球擦拭老化后試片表面的情況,可以看出紫外光老化棉球表面污染最嚴重。4種聚醚所制備聚氨醋MS密封膠產品相比,由Voranol2471制得的樣品老化后膠帶顏色較淺,MN-3050制得的樣品老化后膠帶表面顏色最深。
綜合圖和圖結果,說明戶外自然老化后,試片表面老化最嚴重;其他4種老化條件相比,以光老化對固化后MS密封膠表面老化的影響最大。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
