增塑劑對(duì)固化后硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠耐老化性能的影響，分別采用增塑劑T-50,DINP和DI，不添加抗老化助劑制備硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，對(duì)固化后產(chǎn)品耐老化情況進(jìn)行研究，拉伸性能變化。

由可知，使用增塑劑DI的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)歷老化后拉伸強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長率變化率均滿足行標(biāo)要求，含其他兩種增塑劑的試片均有5項(xiàng)不符合要求，說明使用增塑劑DI的產(chǎn)品耐老化性能較好。

含3種增塑劑的試片表面戶外自然老化情況。由可知，戶外自然老化試驗(yàn)后試片表面老化情況都比較嚴(yán)重，且采用DI增塑劑制備的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試片表面老化最嚴(yán)重。綜合表1和圖4結(jié)果可知，3種增塑劑所制硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠經(jīng)歷不同老化試驗(yàn)后的本體拉伸性能與表面老化性能均不相同。

填料對(duì)固化后硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠耐老化性能的影響，為驗(yàn)證填料對(duì)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響，本研究選取輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣(簡稱輕鈣)、滑石粉、活性納米碳酸鈣(簡稱活性鈣)分別與炭黑復(fù)合進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)，考察試片老化后拉伸性能變化情況。

由可知，填料對(duì)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠老化后拉伸性能會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響，加人3種填料的產(chǎn)品綜合耐老化性能均不能滿足行標(biāo)要求，采用活性鈣的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠老化試驗(yàn)后本體的耐老化性能略好。戶外自然老化樣品表面。

看出，使用活性鈣的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試片表面掉黑粉現(xiàn)象明顯好于滑石粉和輕鈣作為填料的試片。表面有機(jī)處理的活性鈣與預(yù)聚物有機(jī)基體和炭黑填料相容性好，說明提高材料之間相容性可以改善其表面老化情況。

聚氨醋常用抗老化穩(wěn)定劑有紫外線吸收劑、抗氧劑等。抗氧劑充當(dāng)了自由基清除劑，阻斷了自由基降解的途徑，而紫外線吸收劑則將紫外光能量轉(zhuǎn)變成損害較弱的熱能消散掉。本項(xiàng)目選擇了UV-1, UV-767, ChisorbSUV , Chinox 235等穩(wěn)定劑單獨(dú)或復(fù)配，固定總質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0.8%制備硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試片，戶外自然老化巧個(gè)月考察其表面老化情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)以抗氧劑與紫外線吸收劑并用，對(duì)機(jī)械性能的穩(wěn)定效果明顯優(yōu)于單獨(dú)使用紫外線吸收劑。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
