空心玻璃微珠,也稱中空玻璃微球,是近年來發展起來的一種輕質無機粉體材料。空心玻璃微珠是在高溫(>1400℃)下成型的硼硅酸鹽玻璃,化學性質穩定。空心玻璃微珠為中空、薄壁的閉合球體結構,內部為稀薄氣體,這種特殊結構使其具備了低密度、低熱導率和高抗壓強度等特點。空心玻璃微珠的真密度為0.12一0.70g/cm3,熱導率為0.038一0.085W/(m"K),可作為半補強填料應用于MS密封膠中,有效降低MS密封膠的密度和熱導率,還可提高MS密封膠的熱變形溫度。此外,空心玻璃微珠一般不與基材或其它物質反應,適用于多種體系。圖1為空心玻璃微珠結構示意圖,其直徑為S一110.A,m,殼層厚度為1一2。目前已有大量關于有MS密封膠的研究論但將空心玻璃微珠應用于有MS密封膠中還鮮有報道川。本實驗采用空心玻璃微珠、重質碳酸鈣納米碳酸鈣復配物作填料,用于制備雙組分有機硅中空玻璃MS密封膠,表征了空心玻璃微的微觀結構、粒徑分布及其在MS密封膠基體中的分散情況,并探討了添加空心玻璃微珠對MS密封膠各項性能的影響,以期為豐富有MS密封膠的填料種類提供參考。表為雙組分有機硅中空玻璃MS密封膠的基本配方,所用填料均已于105℃處理4h。A組分:按表1配方將107硅橡膠、二甲基硅油、納米碳酸鈣和重質碳酸鈣加入到雙行星攪拌釜中,真空(蕊一0.095MPa,下同)分散20min,然后加入空心玻璃微珠真空分散10minxB組分:按表1配方將二甲基硅油和炭黑加入到雙行星攪拌釜中真空分散25min。然后加入3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基三丁酮肪基硅烷和SDL101真空分散5min。雙組分有MS密封膠:A,B組分按質量比熱導率:按GB/T10295-2008測試養護168h的硫化膠試件;密度:按GB/T13477.2-2018測試A組分;拉伸粘接性:按GB/T13477.8-2017測試;黍占度:按GB/T2794-2013測試A組分;SEM分析:加速電壓0.0230kV,探針束流3pA20nA;粒徑:按GB/T29022-2012測試中位粒徑(D50、顆粒累積分布90%時粒徑(Den)。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
