由圖可見,空心玻璃微珠為正球體,這使其擁有比其它非正球形填料更小的比表面積和更低的吸油量。此外,其在復(fù)合材料基體中可發(fā)揮類似微型滾珠軸承的效果,可使體系比采用片狀、針狀或不規(guī)則形狀填料時(shí)擁有更好流動(dòng)性,表現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)品的茹度更低。
為了探究填料形狀對(duì)硅油體系茹度的影響,分別向純二甲基硅油中加入占總體積33%的空心玻璃微珠(HS20)、納米碳酸鈣、重質(zhì)碳酸鈣和滑石粉,混合均勻后測(cè)試體系茹度,結(jié)果見表。
由表可見,相比于采用片狀和不規(guī)則形狀的填料,采用球形的空心玻璃微珠時(shí),體系的茹度升高幅度最小。
按表中A組分配方,并采用空心玻璃微珠同時(shí)且同體積分?jǐn)?shù)替換其中的重質(zhì)碳酸鈣和納米碳酸鈣,并測(cè)試了茹度。
由表可見,采用空心玻璃微珠部分替代碳酸鈣時(shí),A組分的茹度降低。當(dāng)被空心玻璃微珠替代的碳酸鈣體積分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到60%后,A組分茹度過低,呈自流平狀態(tài)。這可能是因?yàn)椋蛐翁盍显隗w系中占比較多,而球形填料相比其它形狀填料對(duì)體系茹度的提升作用較小,從而表現(xiàn)為茹度偏低。
空心玻璃微珠對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠密度和熱導(dǎo)率的影響,按表配方,采用空心玻璃微珠同時(shí)且同體積分?jǐn)?shù)替換其中的重質(zhì)碳酸鈣和納米碳酸鈣,并測(cè)試了A組分密度和丁基防水嵌縫膠熱導(dǎo)率,結(jié)果見表。
由表可見,采用空心玻璃微珠部分替代碳酸鈣時(shí),A組分的密度和丁基防水嵌縫膠熱導(dǎo)率均降低。對(duì)于同一牌號(hào)的空心玻璃微珠來(lái)說,隨著其替代的碳酸鈣體積分?jǐn)?shù)由20%增至80 %,密度和熱導(dǎo)率的降幅均呈現(xiàn)增大的趨勢(shì)。
這是因?yàn)榭招牟A⒅榈拿芏群蜔釋?dǎo)率均遠(yuǎn)低于丁基防水嵌縫膠中其它組分,空心玻璃微珠的加入會(huì)使得丁基防水嵌縫膠密度和熱導(dǎo)率降低,且用量越多降幅越大。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
