空心玻璃微珠對對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘接性能的影響,空心玻璃微珠表面含少量經基,其與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠中的基料、增粘劑等組分相容性良好,添加后通常不會影響硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠對玻璃和鋁材的粘接性能。圖是采用HS38空心玻璃微珠按40%體積分數同時替代重質碳酸鈣和納米碳酸鈣制得的有機硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠對玻璃和鋁材的拉伸破壞測試結果,試件破壞形式均為100%內聚破壞。采用其它型號空心玻璃微珠以及表4、表5中涉及的體積分數時的實驗結果也均為100%內聚破壞。
對于雙組分有機硅中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠來說,其外觀應為細膩均勻膏狀物,無顆粒物,且硫化后表面應平滑,無毛刺,無氣泡,無突起。圖6為不同牌號空心玻璃微珠按40%的體積分數同時替代重質碳酸鈣和納米碳酸鈣時,有機硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠片硫化24 h后的外觀。
由圖可見,采用HS20的有機硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠表面呈明顯的磨砂感,比較粗糙,而采用HS38 ,HS42和HS46的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠表面無磨砂感。這可能是因為HS20的D 9。90A,R1,其表面還包覆有樹脂等其它物質,因此膠片硫化后表面粗糙。

由圖可見,球形顆粒為空心玻璃微珠,加入空心玻璃微珠制成的有機硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,空心玻璃微珠均勻分散在基體中,沒有出現破碎現象。如前所述,空心玻璃微珠呈正球體,類似于滾珠軸承,因此在體系中更易于分散均勻。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
