采用田口設計方法對老化后單組分聚氨酯密封膠試件的檢修工藝進行研究,試驗選擇單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠面切口形狀和膠線長度2個因素為變量因子;單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠面切口形狀4個水平分別為:V型,c型,VV型和CC型;膠線長度4個水平分別為:9mm,10mm,llmm和12mm。選擇Ll6(42)試驗方案如表1所示。檢修單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條制備用Sikaf1ex265R在模擬檢修工裝上制備150x8x40的單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條,在溫度23士2℃,相對濕度50士20%的環境下固化10d,使其充分固化。檢修單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條老化參照杭州當地氣候條件并模擬車輛運行3年的暴露時間,對制備的單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條進行加速老化。老化程序和周期如表2組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條檢修所有檢修均采用相同的表面處理工藝,具體如下:經過老化的檢修單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條,先用圖3中的自制割膠工具對單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條表面老化層進行割除,在其表面形成不同切口形狀和膠線長度;接著對單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條表面進行清潔和SikaAktivato:一100活化;然后在先前模具的基礎扣上同樣結構和大小的模具(見圖4),用Sikaf1ex265R模具注滿并抹平;完成后,在(23士2)℃,相對濕度(50士20)%環境下固化10d,使其充分固化,檢修后的單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條截面。檢修單組分聚氨酯密封膠膠條完全固化后,進行脫模。按照國標GB/T528-2009《硫化橡膠或熱塑性橡膠拉伸應力應變性能的測定》裁切成尺寸為75mmx4mm的啞鈴型單組分聚氨酯密封膠試件(2型)。為了減少誤差,降低不確定性,每組平行測試5個單組分聚氨酯密封膠試件。裁切后的單組分聚氨酯密封膠試件按切口形狀和膠線尺寸行分組,共分為16組,每組10根單組分聚氨酯密封膠試件,每組單組分聚氨酯密封膠試件隨機分成2部分并進行編號:1一5號單組分聚氨酯密封膠試件直接用于拉伸強度測試(老化前);為了檢驗檢修后密封膠老化后的性能,6一10號單組分聚氨酯密封膠試件按照表3中程序和周期進行人工加速老化試驗,然后再進行拉伸強度測試。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
