老化前/后檢修MS密封膠膠條本體拉伸強度的測試按照國標GB/T 528-2009《硫化橡膠或熱塑性橡膠拉伸應力應變性能的測定》進行,測試所用傳感器2 000 N,測試速度500 mm/min。
MS密封膠本體拉伸側試結果
16種不同檢修方案檢修MS密封膠膠條的拉伸強度測平均值(如表3)和斷裂位置(如圖5)進行匯總。
利用Minitab軟件田口試驗設計的分析功能,老化前/后試件的拉伸強度進行信噪比和均值分析。在田口設計分析中,信噪比越大表示產品質量波動越小;均值越高,表示產品質量越接近預期值老化前數據的分析結果老化前的實驗數據如表,切口形狀對檢修后密封MS密封膠膠條強度起主要作用,膠線長度起次要作用。按照表4中的實驗數據繪制均值和信噪比主效應效果圖。
由可以看出,不同切口形狀的MS密封膠接頭檢修后拉伸強度排序從大到小依次是CC型,VV型、C型,V型;不同膠線長度的MS密封膠接頭檢修后拉伸強度大小排序是:11 mm,10 mm,12 mm, 9 mm。
老化后數據的分析結果
老化后的實驗數據如表5,切口形狀對檢修膠條強度起主要作用,膠線長度起次要作用。按照表5中的實驗數據繪制均值和信噪比主效應效果圖。
由圖可以看出,不同切口形狀的MS密封膠接頭檢修后拉伸強度排序從大到小依次是CC型,VV型、C型,V型;不同膠線長度的MS密封膠接頭檢修后拉伸強度大小排序是:11 mm , 10 mm、9 mm, 12 mm。
從切口形狀分析,切口形狀決定了檢修后MS密封膠膠條表面的形貌,截面是CC型和VV型的MS密封膠膠條,相對于C型和V型的舊MS密封膠膠條,表面結構更粗糙,可以增加舊MS密封膠膠條與新膠之間的微機械嚙合力,減少膠層間的滑動,進而增加二者之間的附著力。因而,切口形狀為CC型和VV型的檢修方案優于同水平的C型和V型。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
