由表可知,單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度分析結果最高的為A樣本,即添加兩種不同固化劑所制備的樣本,其強度綜合指數與強度等級分別為72. 26和第2等級。與分別添加一種固化劑的2個單組分聚氨酯密封膠樣本(B樣本和C樣本)相比,添加2種固化劑的單組分聚氨酯密封膠樣本強度更高。
根據電子拉力數顯機獲取的單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度結果計算各樣本強度,對比本文方法所獲得的單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度分析結果與利用電子拉力數顯機獲取的單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度結果,所得結果如圖所示。
由圖可知,本文方法對各單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度的分析結果與電子拉力數顯機獲取的單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度結果完全一致,說明本文方法具有可靠性。
模糊數學綜合評價法對解決目標分類、分類劃分標準等模糊性概念的不確定問題具有較高的應用勝。考慮單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度受不同制備材料的共同影響,且不同材料對單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度的影響是同時存在且彼此關聯的。基于此本文研究模糊數學綜合評價法在單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度分析中的應用。制備三種不同單組分聚氨酯密封膠樣本,通過分析發現影響單組分聚氨酯密封膠強度的主要因素為固化劑類型,且本文方法分析結果與采用電子拉力數顯機獲取的結果完全一致。根據分析結果有針對性地完善單組分聚氨酯密封膠制備過程中不同材料的使用量與使用環境,從整體上提升聚氨醋密封膠的強度性能。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
