硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠應用在高層、超高層建筑的玻璃幕墻板塊上,對較大板塊的膠縫寬度超出JGJ 102規范的設計要求。在安全系數不變的情況下,提高最大拉伸強度從而提高設計強度來減少膠層寬度方案的可行性,需考慮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的耐老化性能和耐久性。本文通過應力循環疲勞試驗驗證結構膠的耐久性,選取6種最大拉伸粘接強度與最大拉伸粘接強度時的伸長率的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進行疲勞循環試驗,研究不同拉伸粘接強度,不同頻率和不同設計強度下的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的耐疲勞性能。研究表明,設計強度是影響結構膠耐疲勞性能的關鍵因素;最大拉伸粘接強度與疲勞設計強度沒有直接對應關系,提高最大拉伸粘接強度不等同于可以提高設計強度值;頻率不是影響疲勞壽命的主要因素。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘接玻璃與副框,承受風荷載、重力荷載以及溫差效應、地震、雪作用等引起的荷載,在幕墻單元板塊中起著至關重要的作用。因此JGJ 102-2003《玻璃幕墻工程技術規范》對硅酮結構膠的設計做了明確的規定。
但目前我國高層,超高層建筑越來越多,板塊越來越大,按結構密封膠的設計強度0.14 MPa計算,較大板塊的膠寬將大于24 mm,超出規范要求。有些觀點認為提高最大拉伸粘接強度,在安全系數不變的J睛況下可提高設計強度,GB 16776-2005《建筑用硅銅結構密封膠》規定硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠最大拉伸粘接強度要求不低于0.6 MPa,如將最大拉伸粘接強度提高至1.2 MPa,即可在安全系數不變的情況下將設計強度提高一倍。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
