MS密封膠3種，膠樣A:雙組分MS密封膠(灰色)、膠樣B:單組分MS密封膠B(白色)、膠樣C:單組分MS密封膠(透明)，均符合《建筑用MS密封膠》(GB16776-2005)的性能要求。本次測試的3種膠樣是市售的3種配方體系的MS密封膠產品。H型試件的基材:陽極氧化鋁片，尺寸SOmmxSOmmx3mm;浮法白玻，尺寸SOmmxSOmmxSmm;拉伸粘結性測試的H型試件(材料之間MS密封膠厚度12mm):按《建筑密封材料試驗方法第8部分:拉伸粘結性的測定》(GB/T13477.8-2017)制備H型試件，MS密封膠尺寸12mmx12mmxSOmm。每組制取5個如圖1所示的試件。拉伸粘結性測試的十字型試件(材料之間MS密封膠厚度1氏2.Omm):采用白云科技自主開發的十字型試件，長70mm、寬30mm的玻璃和鋁材呈900在中間交疊，以MS密封膠進行粘結，MS密封膠粘結面積為30mmx30mm，膠層厚度為lmm或者2mm，制成十字型試件，每組制取5個如圖2所示的試件。剪切性能測試的H型試件(材料之間MS密封膠厚度12mm):按照《建筑密封材料試驗方法第8部分:拉伸粘結勝的測定》(GB/T13477.8-2017)制備H型試件。MS密封膠尺寸為12mmx12mmxSOmm，每組制取5個如圖3所示的試件。剪切性能測試的搭接試件(材料之間MS密封膠厚度1.0,2.Omm):按照《MS密封膠拉伸剪切強度的測定(剛性材料對剛性材料)》(GB/T7124-2008)制備試件。玻璃與不銹鋼采取搭接方式，MS密封膠搭接面積25mmx12.Smm，膠層厚度1mm或者2mm，每組制取5個如圖所示的試件。單組分MS密封膠的養護時間:21d;雙組分MS密封膠的養護時間:14d}養護條件:標準條件即溫度為(2312)℃、相對濕度(5015)%RH。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
