3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的不同厚度試件進(jìn)行拉伸粘結(jié)性測試后的粘結(jié)破壞面積為0，與鋁材、不銹鋼、玻璃均粘結(jié)良好。

3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的不同厚度試件的進(jìn)行剪切性能測試，其中薄層粘結(jié)的膠層厚度是1 , 2mm，常規(guī)粘結(jié)的膠層厚度是12mm，測得的剪切強(qiáng)度和最大剪切伸長率的結(jié)果如圖11一12所示、通過圖11中的剪切強(qiáng)度數(shù)據(jù)分析，膠樣A的剪切強(qiáng)度隨著粘結(jié)厚度變小呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢，常規(guī)粘結(jié)厚度12mm的試件剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.33MPa，薄層粘結(jié)厚度2mm的試件剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.50MPa，薄層粘結(jié)厚度lmm的試件剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.55MPa。膠樣B的剪切強(qiáng)度隨著粘結(jié)厚度變小呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢，常規(guī)粘結(jié)厚度12mm的試件剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.48MPa，薄層粘結(jié)厚度2mm的試件剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.59MPa，薄層粘結(jié)厚度lmm的試件剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.66MPa。膠樣C的剪切強(qiáng)度隨著粘結(jié)厚度變小呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢，常規(guī)粘結(jié)厚度O.Smm的試件剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.32MPa,薄層粘結(jié)厚度2mm的試件剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.01 MPa，薄層粘結(jié)厚度1 mm的試件剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.18MPa。3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠薄層粘結(jié)試件的剪切強(qiáng)度均高于常規(guī)粘結(jié)試件的剪切強(qiáng)度。隨著粘結(jié)厚度變小，3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試件的剪切強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。證明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在薄層粘結(jié)時能夠提供更大的剪切強(qiáng)度。參照幕墻用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在各種荷載作用下受到剪應(yīng)力允許的強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值來看，同種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在薄層粘結(jié)厚度的剪切強(qiáng)度高于幕墻常規(guī)粘結(jié)厚度的剪切強(qiáng)度。相對來看，薄層粘結(jié)的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠能提供更高的剪切強(qiáng)度。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
