通過圖中的最大剪切強度伸長率數據分析,MS密封膠膠樣A的最大剪切強度伸長率隨著粘結厚度變小呈現上升趨勢,常規粘結厚度12mm的最大剪切強度伸長率達到303%,薄層粘結厚度2mm的試件最大剪切強度伸長率達到443%,薄層粘結厚度1 mm的試件最大剪切強度伸長率達到461 %。MS密封膠膠樣B的最大剪切強度伸長率隨著粘結厚度變小呈現上升趨勢,常規粘結厚度12mm的最大剪切強度伸長率達到405 %,薄層粘結厚度2mm的試件最大剪切強度伸長率達到687%,薄層粘結厚度1 mm的試件最大剪切強度伸長率達到716%。MS密封膠膠樣C的最大剪切強度伸長率隨著粘結厚度變小呈現上升趨勢,常規粘結厚度12mm的最大剪切強度伸長率達到226%,薄層粘結厚度2mm的試件最大剪切強度伸長率達到386%,薄層粘結厚度1 mm的試件最大剪切強度伸長率達到405%。隨著粘結厚度變小,3種MS密封膠試件的最大剪切強度伸長率呈現上升趨勢。證明MS密封膠在薄層粘結時的最大拉伸強度伸長率更大。
但是需要注意的是,剪切強度伸長率是相對于MS密封膠厚度的應變。按照《玻璃幕墻工程技術規范》(JGJ 102-2003)中的設計規定,MS密封膠的變位承受能力是取允許應力0.14MPa時的伸長率。對于1 mm厚度的MS密封膠試件,MS密封膠膠樣A的允許變形量不能超過O.Slmm,MS密封膠膠樣B的允許變形量不能超過0.77mm,MS密封膠膠樣C的允許變形量不能超過1.3mm ,對于12mm厚度的MS密封膠試件,MS密封膠膠樣A的允許變形量不能超過3.96mm,MS密封膠膠樣B的允許變形量不能超過4.44mm ,MS密封膠膠樣C的剪切變形不能超過4.8mm。從絕對變形來看,薄層粘結的MS密封膠允許承受的剪切變形量遠小于常規厚度粘結的MS密封膠。在實際應用中,采用薄層粘結的方式要充分考慮MS密封膠是否能承受被粘結材料之間的剪切變形。比如溫差導致的變形如果較大,超出上述范圍,引起的內應力可能超出結構膠的強度設計值,這時需要增大結構膠的厚度,以降低變形比率,進而降低溫差變形導致的內應力。
