3種丁基防水嵌縫膠的粘結性能是以常規粘結厚度12mm的試件和薄層粘結厚度lmm的試件進行分析。不同厚度試件的強度值對比,膠樣A、膠樣B和膠樣C的薄層粘結試件的拉伸粘結強度分別高常規厚度試件的16.3% ,17%和111.2%。膠樣A、膠樣B和膠樣C的薄層粘結試件的剪切強度分別高常規厚度試件的16.5%, 12.2%和136%。總體上來看,膠樣A和膠樣B的薄層粘結試件的強度略高于常規厚度試件;膠樣C的薄層粘結試件的強度遠高于常規厚度試件。這說明以碳酸鈣為填料的非透明丁基防水嵌縫膠(如膠樣A和膠樣B)與以白炭黑為填料的透明丁基防水嵌縫膠(如膠樣C)的薄層粘結強度的變化是不一致的。
丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸粘結強度相對剪切強度的數據對比,結構膠厚度12mm的試件,膠樣A的剪切強度是其拉伸粘結強度的83%;膠樣B的剪切強度是其拉伸粘結強度的87%;膠樣c的剪切強度是其拉伸粘結強度;結構膠厚度的試件,膠樣a的剪切強度是其拉伸粘結強度;膠樣B的剪切強度是拉伸粘結強度的;膠樣c的剪切強度是拉伸粘結強度的;總體上來看,同種結構膠試件的剪切強度是小于拉伸粘結強度,其剪切強度與拉伸粘結強度的比值是相近的。這說明同種結構膠的剪切強度相對于拉伸粘結強度的變化是穩定的。
不同厚度試件的最大強度伸長率對比,膠樣A、膠樣B和膠樣C的薄層粘結試件的最大拉伸強度伸長率與常規厚度試件的比值是:183%,190%和312%。膠樣A、膠樣B和膠樣C的薄層粘結試件的最大剪切強度伸長率與常規厚度試件的比值是:152%、176%和179%。無論拉伸粘結性測試或者剪切性能測試時,三種丁基防水嵌縫膠的薄層粘結試件的最大強度伸長率都高于常規厚度試件的最大強度伸長率,其中膠樣B的伸長率最大,膠樣A其次,膠樣C最小。除膠樣C薄層粘結試件與常規厚度試件的拉伸強度伸長率比值達到312%,變化較大外,其余的膠樣薄層粘結試件的最大強度伸長率與常規厚度試件的比值是150%一190%之間,變化幅度相對小一些,同時變化幅度一致。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
