硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是以丁基橡膠為主體的膠粘劑,由丁基橡膠制成的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠也被廣泛應用于光伏、建筑等領域,用于密封、粘接、防水等。丁基橡膠具有相對較弱的抗紫外老化性能,不能長時間暴露在戶外環境中,否則會產生較為嚴重的龜裂、粉化等。原因主要是丁基橡膠分子鏈上含有雙鍵和大量的叔碳原子,在有氧的情況下,紫外線輻照的能量能夠將叔碳原子的氫脫除而成為碳自由基與聚合物材料具有較好相容性的紫外吸收劑,可以有效地吸收300一400 nm的紫外線輻射,并將光能轉換為熱能釋放。受阻胺類光穩定劑(HALS)可有效捕獲自由基,碎滅單線態氧基團,抑制紫外誘發化學組分轉化,從而更好地抑制有機高分子材料的光解,顯著改善載體材料的抗紫外老化性能。本文探究了二苯甲酮類和苯并三哩類紫外線吸收劑以及受阻胺類光穩定劑對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠抗紫外性能的影響。分別討論了不同紫外線吸收劑和光穩定劑以及二者按照不同比例配合使用后的影響。另外,還探究了不同顏色硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠抗紫外性能的差異。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
