本文中涉及的丁基防水嵌縫膠主要用于預鋪防水卷材,因此,抗紫外性能的研究參照GB/T 23457-2017《預鋪防水卷材》進行紫外老化、制樣、測試。首先將添加了不同助劑的丁基防水嵌縫膠及對比樣除去表面的隔離材料,將膠面朝向光源,放人符合GB/T 16422.2要求的氛弧燈老化儀中,紫外光的波長為300一400 nm,輻照強度為(60士2) W/m,黑標溫度為(65士3) ℃,光照的同時,每2h噴淋18 min,累計輻照時間( 4 320士S) minx老化完成后,測試其與后澆混凝土的剝離強度,通過老化前、后剝離強度的變化來表征不同助劑對丁基防水嵌縫膠的抗紫外性能的影響及差異。不同紫外線吸收劑測試結果紫外線吸收劑531。
顯示了添加不同用量紫外線吸收劑531的丁基防水嵌縫膠與后澆混凝土剝離強度的測試結果。由圖可知,隨著紫外線吸收劑531用量的增加,老化后丁基防水嵌縫膠與后澆混凝土的剝離強度提高,當添加量為0.7%時,老化后的剝離強度最高,且高于老化前。當用量為0.3%和0.5%時,老化后的剝離強度均低于老化前。因此,如果單一使用紫外線吸收劑s31來改善丁基防水嵌縫膠的抗紫外性能,其適宜用量為0.7%及以上。紫外線吸收劑326添加不同用量紫外線吸收劑326的丁基防水嵌縫膠與后澆混凝土剝離強度測試結果如圖所示。
由圖可知,與紫外線吸收劑531的作用趨勢類似,隨著紫外線吸收劑326用量的增加,老化后丁基防水嵌縫膠與后澆混凝土的剝離強度提高,當添加量為0.7 %時,老化后的剝離強度最高。但是,與紫外線吸收劑531不同的是,在添加量相同的情況下,其老化后的剝離強度均低于老化前,說明單一使用紫外線吸收劑326對丁基防水嵌縫膠的抗紫外作用不及5310。
添加不同用量光穩定劑292的丁基防水嵌縫膠與后澆混凝土剝離強度結果如圖所示。由圖可知,當用量從0.3%提高到0.7%時,老化后丁基防水嵌縫膠與后澆混凝土的剝離強度均有所提高,且均高于老化前。當用量為0.3%時,提高幅度最大,約為3.6%。因此,單一使用光穩定劑292可以對丁基防水嵌縫膠起到相對較好的抗紫外效果。
添加不同用量光穩定劑770的丁基防水嵌縫膠老化前、后與后澆混凝土剝離強度的結果如圖所示。由圖可知,與光穩定劑292作用趨勢類似,隨著770用量的增加,丁基防水嵌縫膠老化后與后澆混凝土的剝離強度提高,且均高于老化前。當770用量為0.7 %時,剝離強度提高了22.1 %。單一使用光穩定劑770也可以對丁基防水嵌縫膠起到相對較好的抗紫外效果。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
