將單組分聚氨醋熱固化膠和濕氣固化硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠用于汽車內(nèi)嵌式推拉窗制造過程中的鋁型材粘接。對(duì)比了兩種膠的固化性能、剪切性能，著重探討了熱固化膠用于內(nèi)嵌式推拉窗的可行性。研究結(jié)果表明:C1)熱固化膠用于陽極氧化鋁基材與黑邊玻王離的粘接組裝時(shí)，必須配合活化劑和底涂同時(shí)使用。(2)不同溫度對(duì)兩種密封膠固化速度表現(xiàn)明顯差異。隨著溫度的升高，濕固化膠結(jié)皮速度加快，固化厚度呈現(xiàn)先增加后降低的情況，但變化幅度較小。熱固化膠粘劑低溫表干時(shí)間較慢，隨著溫度增加，固化厚度快速增加。(3}濕固化膠養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間為8 h,23,70和90 ℃條件下，剪切力分別為203,243和187 N，均小于裝箱要求的600 N，無法滿足8h內(nèi)快速裝箱技術(shù)要求。(4)熱固化膠在70 ℃、養(yǎng)護(hù)4h時(shí)，固化厚度可達(dá)3.56 mm,剪切力達(dá)到1 466 N，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)清膠快速裝箱;提高養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度到90 ℃,清膠裝箱的間隔時(shí)間可以縮短到20 min，此時(shí)固化厚度可達(dá)5.24 mm ,剪切力達(dá)到2126N。熱固化膠的這兩種工藝條件均能有效適用于內(nèi)嵌式推拉窗短周斯裝配。
內(nèi)嵌式推拉窗是一種用于客車、多用途汽車(MPV)等車型側(cè)窗的玻璃結(jié)構(gòu)，具有可通風(fēng)透氣、提高乘坐舒適性、降低空調(diào)使用率等優(yōu)點(diǎn)!”。其結(jié)構(gòu)為在大片封閉玻璃開窗口，在窗口周圍粘接型材及導(dǎo)軌，然后將滑動(dòng)小玻璃嵌人型材及導(dǎo)軌中構(gòu)成推拉窗總成。目前在內(nèi)嵌式推拉窗的裝配制造中，型材與玻璃粘接通常使用單組分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，與活化劑和底涂配合使用，具有施工方便、抗撕裂性好的特點(diǎn)。但其固化過程受到溫濕度影響，深層固化速率慢，養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間久，生產(chǎn)周期長(一般需16h裝配發(fā)貨)。隨著成本和效率的要求提高，裝配節(jié)奏要求加快，甚至要求在8h內(nèi)完成裝配發(fā)貨。常規(guī)單組分濕氣固化硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠(以下簡稱“濕固化膠”)，因?yàn)樗麧B透不足，深層固化慢，裝配8h后無法達(dá)到剪切力)600 N應(yīng)用技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
