本文采用具有加熱一體固化特性的單組分聚氨酯密封膠作為粘接材料，通過對比分析濕固化單組分聚氨酯密封膠基材適應條件，研究兩種膠的固化特性及粘接后剪切力，探討熱固化單組分聚氨酯密封膠用于內嵌式推拉窗的可行性，以期為后續推拉窗裝配效率提升應用提供參考。

底涂劑、單組分濕氣固化聚氨醋密封膠(韌馳8892)、單組分單組分聚氨酯密封膠(韌馳8882HC、活化劑，工業級。在(23士20C , X50士5%RH標準試驗條件下，分別在陽極氧化鋁型材和黑邊玻璃上的粘接位置涂刷活化劑，放置5 min后，涂刷底涂劑，再放置10 min;然后在陽極氧化鋁粘接部位打上膠條，將施膠后的陽極氧化鋁型材按壓在黑邊玻璃上，粘接部位尺寸為25 mmX20mmXl mm;然后刮去型材四周溢出膠，分別在25,70及90 0C溫度條件下養護不同時間。

(1)微觀形貌和物相組成:采用SE M配備EDS觀察陽極氧化鋁基材的微觀形貌和物相組成。基材表面經噴碳處理，工作電壓巧kV，束流10 nA，區域采集時間為80 s。

(2)粘接性能:在陽極氧化鋁型材和黑邊玻璃上按試驗方案進行基材表面預處理后，用膠槍施膠尺寸為150 mmX12 mmX2.5 mm處理的基面上;養護固化完全后，用刀切割膠條，用手900方向拉扯，觀察膠條粘接破壞情況。

(3)固化速度:打一條12 mm的圓柱型膠條，在25,70和90 0C的溫度條件下，設置不同烘烤時間，然后冷卻至標準試驗條件后，用刀切開，采用游標卡尺測量膠條固化厚度。

(4)剪切力:采用高低溫萬能拉力機，在標準試驗環境中測試不同養護條件下剪切試樣，拉伸速度為20 mm/min，記錄各養護條件下最大破壞力(F)。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
