測試MS密封膠試樣的基礎性能情況,以此評估試樣的可用性,測試結果如表1所示。由表可知,對比不同MS密封膠試樣,可以看出MS密封膠的表干時間最短,而SRMS密封膠的表干時間最長,通常情況下,MS密封膠的表干時間越短越好,因為這意味著膠水能夠更快地形成強固的粘接。同時,在3種MS密封膠中,MS密封膠的環保性、耐候性以及彈性等指標均保持較高水平,而其他2組試樣針對部分指標性能較弱,可見,MS密封膠基礎性能更好。
耐侵蝕性分析
對浸泡后的每組試樣進行性能測試,分析每組試樣在浸泡完成7d后的表觀變化情況,以此驗證試樣的耐侵蝕性,測試結果如表所示。
由表可知,當3種試樣經過無水乙醇浸泡后,在7d內并未發生表觀變化問題,說明3種MS密封膠均能夠抵抗無水乙醇的侵蝕,而采用90#汽油浸泡時,SR試樣、MS密封膠試樣表觀并未發生變化,但PU試樣表面出現輕微膨脹,導致表觀變形,當使用10%NaCI溶液浸泡時,SR試樣、PU試樣均出現了變色,僅MS密封膠在7d內仍然保持良好的質量;同時,采用其他溶液浸泡后,MS密封膠試樣表觀均未出現嚴重變化,由此可以看出,MS密封膠的耐侵蝕性能更強,可以抵御更惡劣的外部環境侵蝕。
測試3組試樣在不同浸水時間下的粘接性能變化,測試結果如表所示。由表可知,當不同試樣經過長時間的浸水試驗后,其自身的粘接性能均有所減弱,當每種試樣進行4d的浸水測試時,拉伸強度最高的試樣為MS密封膠密封膠,其拉伸強度達到0.53 MPa,而其他2組試樣均保持在0.35一0.45 MPa之間,當浸水時間達到54 d后,每組試樣的拉伸強度均產生明顯下降,其中,MS密封膠的拉伸強度下降最大;在3組試樣中,MPSU密封膠的斷裂伸長率始終保持最高水平,說明該組試樣的抗浸水能力較強,同時,隨著浸水時間的增加,MS密封膠的粘接破壞面積也并未出現嚴重增大,為此,MS密封膠的防水性更強。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
