測試每組硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣在不同時間下的固化厚度,以此了解試樣固化速率,測試結果如表所示。由表可知,隨著固化時間的增長,3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的固化厚度開始有所增加,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在達到24 h時已完全固化,說明該硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠具有較快的固化速率,而PU硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠達到108 h時才能夠實現(xiàn)完全固化,SR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠則處于120 h時仍未完全固化,這說明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣中固化速率最快,通過較快的固化速率可以減少施工過程中的外來污染和污染物吸附,還可以更快地形成堅固的粘接,這意味著硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在更短的時間內(nèi)可以達到理想的強度和耐久性,并提供更可靠的粘接效果。為此,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠可以有效提高施工效率。
測試3組試樣在不同溫度紫外光照射下的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠硬度變化,以此評估試樣抗紫外光老化效果,測試結果如圖所示。由圖可知,隨著溫度的逐漸增加,每組試樣的邵氏硬度隨之加大,這是由于試樣在老化前的交聯(lián)反應較小,當溫度逐漸加大時,試樣交聯(lián)反應開始增大,使每組試樣的硬度增大,在3組試樣中,SR試樣、PU試樣的硬度變化較為明顯,均呈現(xiàn)迅速放大趨勢,而MPSU試樣硬度上升幅度并不大,由此可見,MPSU試樣的抗紫外光照能力更強。
抗熱老化性能分析
測試3組試樣在熱老化條件下的質量變化,以此評估每組試樣的抗熱能力,測試結果如圖2所示。由圖可知,在試驗溫度低于90℃時,3組試樣質量并未出現(xiàn)明顯變化,當熱老化溫度達到100 ℃以上時,3組試樣質量均發(fā)生明顯下降,在最初階段,每組試樣質量十分接近,當熱老化溫度達到時,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣質量下降至6一7 mg,而其他2組試樣質量均處于5 mg以下,可以看出PU試樣與SR試樣質量下降幅度較大,可見這2組試樣的抗熱老化性能并不明顯,為此,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣的抗熱能力更強。
本文研究裝配式建筑外墻接縫防水硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的性能分析及施工工藝,通過硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的設計與性能測試,獲取適用于裝配式建筑外墻接縫用施工材料,利用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料可以為建筑提供卓越的防水性能,從而有效地阻止水分滲透到建筑結構內(nèi)部,實現(xiàn)可靠的防水保護。避免雨水、風雨等外界環(huán)境對建筑內(nèi)部的侵害。同時文章還設計了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠施工步驟,通過安全可靠的施工工藝,提高建筑結構的耐久性。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
