為確保MS密封膠能有效防止水滲透,并在復雜工作條件下保持長期接口穩定性。以聚醚多元醇和環氧樹脂為基質,使用多步法合成制備了一種聚氨醋MS密封膠。并對MS密封膠力學性能和粘接性能進行了全面評估。結果表明,基于相同填料,隨著碳酸鈣含量的增加,MS密封膠的防水性能指標呈下降趨勢;在一定范圍內增加填料的用量可以提高膠體的柔韌性和延展性;膠體的粘合強度隨著碳酸鈣含量的增加而相應增加。當納米碳酸鈣填料的摻量為5%時,可達到最佳防水效果;當填料為10%的納米碳酸鈣時,聚氨醋MS密封膠的斷裂伸長率較高,為3.45 MPa,可以保證最佳力學性能;當在預聚體中添加10%的重質碳酸鈣填料時,能夠保證聚氨醋MS密封膠的最優粘接性能。
預應力混凝土管道接口作為連接管道各段的關鍵部位,其密封效果直接影響整個管道系統的安全性、耐久性和維護成本。傳統上,預應力混凝土管道的接口密封通常使用橡膠圈和水泥漿等傳統密封材料。這些材料在實際應用中暴露出一系列問題,例如橡膠圈容易老化,水泥漿容易開裂,導致密封效果不穩定,難以適應復雜多變的工作環境四。針對上述問題,研究旨在制備一種新型的預應力混凝土管道接口MS密封膠。以期通過科學的配方設計和先進的制備工藝提高粘合強度、耐水滲透性和力學性能等關鍵性能指標。
使用計量泵精確稱取50 g聚醚多元醇,并將其加人2XZ-4B旋片真空泵中進行真空脫水處理。將真空度設置為一0.089 MPa,以有效去除水分和雜質,并將1,4一丁二醇和辛酸亞錫以4:1的比例均勻混合;將處理后的聚醚多元醇和均勻混合的1,4一丁二醇和辛酸亞錫加人反應釜中,將攪拌速度設置為850 r/min,高速攪8min,以確保反應過程中溫度穩定和揮發性化合物的有效回收伙然后將5 mL丙酮緩慢滴人反應釜中,將攪拌速度調節至45 r/min,使反應均勻進行;滴加完成后,繼續攪拌,使用溫度控制器加熱至90℃,反應Sh,以確保反應物完全混合并均勻加熱;隨后,向反應物中加人59碳酸鈣,以確保預聚物達到所需的聚合度和性能;關閉溫度控制器,繼續攪拌以冷卻混合物。反應物冷卻至室溫后,關閉攪拌器,將預聚物轉移到干凈的容器中。此時,加人10 mL鄰苯二甲酸二辛醋,調節混合物的茹度,過濾去除雜質和未反應物質,得到純預聚物。其基本物化指標參數如表所示。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
