測試前,首先需要將丁基防水嵌縫膠與混凝土管道試塊進行粘合。使用切割機按照設計要求切割預應力混凝土管道接口處的施工縫,控制縫寬為7 mm,縫深度為1.5 cm;將不同配比的丁基防水嵌縫膠利用注膠槍完全填充施工縫至預設深度;注膠完畢后,在室溫條件下固化24 h,并進行短期養護。由此得到混凝土試塊和丁基防水嵌縫膠的粘合樣品。密封性能測試與分析使用不透水儀對試樣進行加壓測試,設定水壓為0.3MPa,加壓時間為30 min,記錄實驗期間的水壓值和壓縮應力保持率。防水指數越高,表明丁基防水嵌縫膠的防水性能和密封性越好。其測試結果如圖1所示。可知,當碳酸鈣填料的用量固定在5%時,納米碳酸鈣膠體的防水性能指標明顯高于重質碳酸鈣膠體。這是由于納米碳酸鈣的粒徑遠小于重質碳酸鈣,這使得納米顆?梢愿鶆虻胤稚⒃诿芊鈩┗|中,形成更致密的填料網絡,有助于減少水滲透的途徑;同時,納米碳酸鈣具有較大的比表面積,可以提供更多的界面相互作用區域,增強填料與基體間的結合力,提高丁基防水嵌縫膠的整體強度和耐水性。
在同一種填料的情況下,隨著碳酸鈣含量的增加,丁基防水嵌縫膠的防水性能指標呈下降趨勢,即碳酸鈣含量越低,防水效果越好。這是因為隨著填料含量的增加,顆粒之間的距離縮短,更容易發生結塊。這不僅降低了其在基質中的分散均勻性,還能形成滲透通道,從而削弱防水性能。綜上所述,在實際應用中,應選用5%的納米碳酸鈣作為填料,以達到最佳防水效果。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
