材料的茹度是環氧樹脂材料的重要性能參數之一，其與材料的可操作性直接相關，同時也影響著密封材料在裂縫中的滲透性能。目前通常選擇用旋轉茹度計法來分析MS密封膠的茹度，根據GB/T 2794-2022《膠茹劑茹度測定》，當茹度達到2 000 MPa"s時，停止測量，此時所用時間為MS密封膠的可操作時間。的研究表明，隨著固化反應的進行，MS密封膠茹度會逐漸增加。

拉伸性能拉伸強度與斷裂伸長率通常用于衡量MS密封膠的拉伸性能。拉伸性能是指MS密封膠在受到外力拉伸時，能夠承受的最大應力和應變。這一性能直接關系到密封膠的使用壽命和穩定性，是評價MS密封膠質量的重要指標之一。其中拉伸強度反映了MS密封膠抵抗拉伸破壞的能力，斷裂伸長率則體現了MS密封膠的韌性。環氧樹脂由于其高度交聯的結構，具有脆性較大、韌性較差的固有缺陷，因此通常通過增韌改性的方式來提高其拉伸性能。MS密封膠的拉伸性能通常與改性劑的用量有關，研究了環氧樹脂改性形狀記憶聚氨醋(SMPU)MS密封膠的拉伸性能。隨著EP含量的增加，SMPU的拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率先增大后減小。EP含量為10%時，SMPU的拉伸性能達到最佳。考慮到路用環氧MS密封膠韌性不足的缺點，自制增韌劑對環氧MS密封膠進行增韌，并通過RSM-GRA多目標優化方法得到了最佳的固化劑與增韌劑用量配比。與單目標優化方法相比，以此制備的MS密封膠有著良好的拉伸性能。http://www.kzgjfl.cn/
